Hello, I am Tina Huang. I am from Taiwan.
We have lots of history in Taiwan, like there is a harbour call Da Tao ville. It used to be a busy and famous harbour, but it is merely a sightseeing place or just a not working harbour. There is a street that sold the candies, something that are used while celebrating Chinese New Year.It used to be a busy and great shopping street, but it is not now. I love listening to music, play the piano or other instrument shopping and reading. I have music or art as my favorite subject in school.

I am Sam Gladstone and I live in Worcester, MA. Worcester was first recognized as a town in, 1722, then as a city in 1848, and was also once a place to which many Irish immagrants came. My hobbies include competetive archery and playing any form of percussion instrument, which I do both in band at school and outside of it. My favorite class is advanced instrumental ensemble.

You can call me Ishmael. My name is actually not the name of a fabled seafarer, but is truthfully Matthew Echelman. Born as one of the only Jews in North Carolina, my family abruptly moved up to Southborough, Massachusetts, where I now live with my family. First settled in 1660, Southborough quickly developed from a poor farming community into booming textile industry by the late 19th century. Surprisingly, this production did not last long as Fayville Dam was soon constructed in 1898, and all manufacturing vanished. Since its economical closure, Southborough has neither grown in size nor population, so it luckily still remains a cozy little town to this day. Despite living in an area with countless opportunities, I found my true calling somewhere else. Upon schooling at Worcester Academy, I have been able to found a liking for the pool, participating in both swimming and water polo. In addition, Worcester Academy has also captured my interests, instilling me with a passion for English, History and the Sciences.

Hi Sam, I am Peggy. I want to ask you where you learn the archery and when did you start? How long have you learned for the percussion instrument? and Was Worcester a industrial town before? When it became a ruin?

Hello, Matthew, I am Tina. I have few questions to ask about your introduction: Do you like Southborough? and is that close to Worcester? Do you join the water polo or the swimming team in school? Other than the academic subfect, do you like or enjoyed other activities except for pool? the town you live in is a small town, and so is it fun, and is everyone close to each other? I think that’s all, and I have enjoyed taking the same chemistry class as you do, and also in the same lab group as you.

    Hey Tina,
I will first answer your questions and then ask some of you of my own if you do not mind.
I love Southborough so much, its coziness is so relaxing and everyone is so close to one-another that I nearly know all of them. The only setback is that it is approximately 30 minutes away, but that is not a long drive. As to the pool, I joined the swim and water polo teams at school a few years back and upon realizing how much I enjoyed the sports, I stuck with them. In addition, I also participate Model U.N., Debate Club, and the Jimmy Fund Walk & Rock for other extracurricular activities. At home I love playing other sports with my friends and watching movies.

I was wondering what kind of music you listen to? I like jazz, blues, classical music, and classic rock. What kind of art to you like? What courses are you taking this year? Do you like your teachers? I be you do except for Dr. Murnane, just kidding. Do you find US history intriguing? Are there any controversies or subjects on the news about Taiwan that you disagree with or have an opinion on?

    Hey Peggy,

What kinds of movies do you watch or have seen lately? Do you like US films or prefer other foreign films?

Hi, Peggy. As far as archery goes, I first began learning at a summer camp. I then found a place in Clinton where I have been learning for just over four years, and it is a very fun sport, both indoors and outdoors. I’ve been playing percussion instruments (snare drum, etc.) for about four years now, and I’ve been playing the drum set for about two years.

Do you plan on playing basketball for Worcester Academy this winter? Also, what languages do you know or are you currently learning?
