It was nicely done, and I really liked the background music. My personal favorite thing about the Colosseum was that it was flooded and used for sea battles, something that does not seem capable of being done so long ago, but was. I was wondering if in your research, you came across how long it took to construct.

People like to point fingers at the Romans and find it strange that their culture encouraged them to enjoy violent spectacles that by today’s standard’s, many people would find disturbing. However, we have in America alone boxing, UFC, IFL, MMA, and other competitions where it boils down to having two trained and skilled men in a physical struggle, often aiming to give each other a serious concussion, purely for entertainment.

It’s also interesting that we get a lot of architecture from Greek and Roman designs. For example, football stadiums are often based somewhat loosely on the design of the Colosseum. Also, the columns holding up part of Warner are from a Greek design, though I cannot remember which.
